Managing Sales

When you click "Summary," the system displays all sales generated in the current month. You view sales for any month using the drop down menu. You can edit or delete sales from the options menu.
If you reverse a sale, ProWebWare will enter a sales record with a negative value and a commission record with a negative value. For example, if Joe purchased one of your products in August and requested a refund in September, a new record will be entered for September with a negative value. If an affiliate was credited for the sale, the commission he earned in August will be "reversed" by adding a new record in September with a negative value.
